Downtown Portland’s Summer of Love is a season of free community events designed to bring people together through music, movement, creativity, and shared joy in the heart of the city.

At Director Park, the theme is Family Love: creating welcoming, all-ages experiences where families, friends, neighbors, and visitors can gather, play, relax, and reconnect downtown.

From Tango Night and Picnic in the Park to the Clay Commons Ceramic Market, DJ George, and Sunday jazz with Checkmates & Chill, Director Park will offer something fun and free throughout the summer for every kind of Portland family.
